2018 BENEFIT CAR SHOW A SUCCESS
The 12th Annual Auto Angels Benefit Car Show was blessed with a beautiful Northwest summer day. Participants and spectators remarked this was one of our best shows yet. “Outstanding”, “Remarkable” and “Family Friendly” are just a couple words to describe this year’s show. Although there were bigger name shows that very weekend, the variety and rarity of the entries was unsurpassed! From a very rare 1967 Ferrari 275 NART Spyder to the custom 1936 Packard/Moholland Speedster, there may never be a show where these two cars will be seen together.
Choosing this year’s Sponsors award winners was not easy. Who would’ve imagined there would be 2 beautiful Packards entered? Check out the table below for the list of this year’s winners and click on the link to view a photo of the car and owner receiving the award. Our 2018 car show also introduced an “American Idle” contest where the car with the mean-est, bad-est growl when idling won. And this year Matt Hovind’s 1973 DaTomaso Panterra was the winner, hands down!
Most importantly, the 106 entries helped to raise over $25,000 in support of the Auto Angels programm.

THANKS TO OUR SPONSORS & VOLUNTEERS
Members of Auto Angels and Bellevue Presbyterian Church would like to thank our Sponsors and everyone who attended this year’s 12th Annual Auto Angels Benefit Car Show. Many thanks to Brief Encounters Cafe for its continued support of our program by serving up a great lunch for all those attending. Thanks to Blazing Bagels for the donation of bagels with coffee for the participants.
We also thank the many local businesses and restaurants for their gift certificates and other raffle donations. A special thank you to Chevron Corporation for its continued support through donations of motor oil products used in the Garage. We also extend thanks to the many individuals & friends who contributed their generous support during the show. Your generosity goes well beyond providing transportation. The Auto Angels mission allows many of our clients to hold down jobs and progress toward self sufficiency. Often the only transportation option for arriving at a job on time is by auto.
Ninety seven volunteers logged over 300 hours setting up for the show on Friday and finishing late Saturday afternoon after all the equipment was safely packed away. We truly appreciate all the generosity of the many people who shared their time in support our program.
